A-strength-strength means the power to over come any resistance. It is of three type.maximum strength,explosive strength, strength endurance.
B-endurance-it means to do work against fatigue for a particular time.
C-agility-it means the ability of body to give quick response to a action.
D-flexibility- the range of motion of joints is known as flexibility
